Upd8All aimed to expand its user base, targeting new global markets to drive incremental growth. They needed an advanced ad network that offered significant global scale and precise targeting to attract high-value users who would not only download the app but also engage deeply with it over time.
Qt Targeted Campaigns Unlock New Markets
Upd8All partnered with Qt to plan and execute a user acquisition campaign that would reach city dwelling smartphone users aged 16 and above. To reach entirely new audiences, Upd8All wanted to expand their focus beyond the traditional US market. The goal was to maximize the exposure by targeting broad audiences across more English-speaking countries and tier1 EU countries. Qt team targeted web and in-app inventory connected to the Qt Ad Network, including mobile apps of diverse genres like music, games, entertainment, etc., running interstitials and banners of the most popular sizes.
Utilizing its sophisticated targeting algorithms, Qt Group focused on delivering ad impressions in these new markets to increase the reach. Previously, all the Upd8All users came only from the US. Now, non-US geos account for nearly a third of the app’s installs with the UK emerging as the leading market.
