(Senior) Software Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team in Seoul. This role will be reinforcing our Solutions Engineering team by supporting customers using our Qt framework our customers in Korea. Your responsibilities include efficiently handling support requests, offering technical assistance through email and virtual meetings, as well as identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Qt. In this role one can be at the beginning of their career but highly motivated and have some experience in software development from before. You should be passionate about great customer service and always interested in making customers achieve their goals.

You will：

Work to optimizing application development with QtQuick (QML) and Qt Widgets.    
- Provide optimal Qt coding solutions for customers.
- Understand technical customer requirements and find solutions together with Product Management / R&D.
- Work independently, managing your tasks and projects
- Work on existing code across the product and on architectural level
- Process support requests from prospects and customers who are developers using our Qt framework

About you:

Knowledge with the C++ & Python programming language
- Knowledge of GUI frameworks
- Experience developing and debugging software
- Experience developing cross-platform software 
- Experience developing applications on desktop OS such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Experience using and analyzing open sources
- Good written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Qt knowledge is a clear advantage

Beneficial skills：

- Familiarity with the Qt framework, QML, Qt Widget
- Experience developing Python applications with PyQt, Pyside
- Project experience with Hyudai Motor(ccOS), LG(WebOS)
- Native level Korean and Good English language skills
