Marketing Technology Specialist

Qt Group is looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to join Qt’s headquarters in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of marketing technology systems that support our digital marketing strategies.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen to manage and enhance the tools and platforms that drive our marketing efforts. To be successful in this role, you should have strong system knowledge, be well-versed in integrations and mappings, and be committed to improving Qt’s marketing system architecture, processes, and ways of working.

You will:

• Implement and optimize marketing automation systems to support campaign execution and lead management processes
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and maintain automated marketing workflows and integrations
• Support CRM system enhancements, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and targeting for marketing campaigns
• Maintain and build system workflows in Hubspot, monitor performance and history to gauge effectiveness and implement improvements
• Conduct system mappings, manage target lists, and integrate marketing efforts with Salesforce and other tools in MarTech stack
• Monitor and report on lead lifecycles, analyzing data to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI
• Support Campaign, Product, and Field Marketing teams to help solve issues that they face while using the Marketing automation systems and tools
• Stay current with marketing technology trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance performance

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Solid experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Salesforce and Hubspot experience are preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and how technology enables their execution
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
• Proficiency in managing and integrating marketing technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and project management skills
