Marketing Specialist, Software Quality Solutions

We are looking for:

Qt Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist Software Quality Solutions – EMEA to join our rapidly growing global Qt marketing team.

Qt Group is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and data-driven individual to join the EMEA marketing team as a Marketing Specialist focused on the company’s Software Quality Solutions business. The Marketing Specialist will work with a multi-functional team, reporting to the Field Marketing Manager EMEA, to drive local marketing and demand generation activities while supporting sales efforts. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to join a fast-paced marketing team to accelerate their marketing career. This role is based in Espoo, Finland. The position is full-time and permanent and will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B technology marketing, managing pipeline-generating marketing activities.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for event management planning and execution (seminars, tradeshows, conferences, webinars); including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, content development, creative themes, promotion, post-event activities, and success measurement.
• Responsible for lead generation activities, including organizing third party media partnerships, content syndication campaigns and other digital marketing support.
• Oversee the marketing-to-sales funnel using our CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Help to maintain and enhance brand awareness for the Software Quality Solutions business area and its products.
• Support marketing campaigns through a variety of channels and activities including social media management, website updates, email marketing, and digital channels.
• Marketing reporting and Return on Investment measurement.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications and experience within the technology space preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills. English is our corporate language, other languages, especially German or French are considered as an advantage.
• Experience in using CRM and marketing software such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation Tools (Hubspot/Marketo).
• Results-oriented; able to establish clear expectations, objectives, and priorities and track progress.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Can-do attitude.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
