Join our Espoo team as a Growth Product Manager – Software Quality Solutions

We are seeking a data-driven and enthusiastic Growth Product Manager to join Qt’s headquarters in Espoo, Finland, to own the evaluation process for our Software Quality Solutions. Our products are used by thousands of development projects worldwide to ensure the highest code quality before deployment. These tools range from automated GUI testing to static code analysis.

The majority of our customers want to test our products before making a purchase decision, making the evaluation process a very strategic component in the customer’s journey. You will own the evaluation journey, and treat it as a product, for all our out Software Quality Solutions: Axivion, Squish, Coco and TestCenter.

As a Growth Product Manager, you will collaborate with our cross-functional team to manage the product evaluation process, own the evaluation journey, and plan the roadmap based on customer needs and business feedback. You will work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to align the roadmap with strategic goals and go-to-market initiatives. A significant part of this role is to develop our products in cooperation with R&D.

You will:

• Define and own the evaluation journey for our Software Quality Solutions
• Acting as a Growth Product Manager to develop a comprehensive product roadmap for the evaluation, and executing them together with other stakeholders, e.g. R&D and marketing
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with the team to define product positioning and value proposition
• Execute go-to-market strategies, define target customer segments and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate demand and leads
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization based on KPIs and product performance
• Conduct A/B testing, analytics, market research and competitive analysis to drive product decisions
• Define requirements management and collect product feedback
• Serve as a thought leader and product expert both internally and in customer engagements

About you:

• Solid experience in Product-Led Growth of a highly technical software product: you see the evaluation process as a product and manage it accordingly
• Previous experience in developing software/web/cloud products as a product manager
• Understanding of software testing industry, software development processes and software development in general to understand the industry and users
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• A strong experience in requirements management and managing product initiatives
• Familiarity with agile development and product management principles
• Analytical working style: ability to model the business and make fact-based product decisions
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (our corporate language)
• Ability and willingness to travel – international travel is required
