I am happy to announce we have released the Qt 6.2.1 today.
This first patch release to the Qt 6.2 series contains more than 220 bug fixes to the top of Qt 6.2.0 release. See more information about the most important changes and bug fixes from Qt 6.2.1 release note.
Like usual you can add the Qt 6.2.1 in the existing online installation by using the maintenance tool or do a clean installation by using the Qt Online Installer.
Qt for Python is already available at this same time by the usual means.
We will continue releasing new patch releases to the Qt 6.2 series and the target is to release Qt 6.2.2 at the end of November.
I read that in this release QtMultimedia should be supported on Windows with MinGW/GCC compiler. But I still get the message "QtMultimedia is not currently supported on this platform or compiler." Is the suport postponed to a later version or is there another problem why it isn't working for me? Thank you.
Do you have plans to port Qt Location and Qt Positioning to Qt6? Maybe at least part of the functionality?
Nice
