Where the &&&&* are the release notes? I've just wasted 5 minutes trying to find them (and I still haven't). Why can't you link to them here and in the announce email?
Hello, it's only available to commercial users. In the download section (https://account.qt.io), there is a markup file with the release notes.
I am a commerical user. And it took me about 10 minutes of digging around in my account until I managed to find the release notes.
Hint: if you include changelog here in the blog post, not only does it make it easier for commercial customers to learn what is new, it is also an advertisement for open source users to consider buying the license (as in "hey I actually need this bug fix for my project!"). Win-win situation and for you the only effort is to copy-paste some text from changelog file.
Hi all, the instructions for the release note are actually included to this blog post: Fixed Bugs and Important Changes topic says: "The list of fixes and the overview of all important changes in Qt 5.15.16 can be found in the release note. It is available via Qt Account: in Downloads, select Product: Qt and Version: 5.15.16." Unfortunately we cannot provide a direct link to the note as it's commercial-only content.
