New York Times bestseller list author and Cisco Senior Vice President of Strategy and Planning, Worldwide Operations, Inder Sidhu has been added to the Qt Developer Days keynote roster for San Francisco.
Mr Sidhu joins Nokia CTO Rich Green and DreamWorks Animation Head of Research and Development Kenn LeGault as a keynote speaker at the San Francisco event (November 1-3).
An acclaimed public speaker and graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program, Mr Sidhu will address the Developer Days audience about how to ‘do both’ – take advantage of today’s opportunities while also planning to ensure a prosperous future. His book 'Doing Both' examines how successful companies avoid difficult trade-offs and instead achieve bigger outcomes by ‘doing both’.
The keynote promises to be a highlight of an agenda that features:
• Over 50 technical sessions delivered by Qt’s own developers
• Four streams of training
• Qt 4.7 and Qt Quick kick-off sessions
• Two days of Qt in Use sessions featuring Intel, HP, Autodesk, DreamWorks and Netflix (and many more) talking about how they use Qt to deliver amazing products, and much more.
An array of Qt products and demos are on show, and days two and three of the event feature an exhibition of partners and prominent Qt users, providing valuable networking opportunities.
Qt Certification exams are being offered on-site, and a full-scale TechLab will be troubleshooting bugs and issues for attendees of the show.
